SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-2 business days for your payment to be verified and processed, All packages are shipped via priority mail USPS. We ship domestically and shipping times depend on your location. For example, if you live in Dallas, you will get your item(s) faster than if you lived in Alaska. However, we do ship orders promptly, domestic shipping takes anywhere between 3-5 business days after receiving your tracking information, international shipping could take anywhere between 7-20 business days with the email provided at checkout. 

*Please note that during holidays, there maybe a delay in shipping.

RETURNS POLICY

THANKS FOR SHOPPING WITH SOUTH COAST MUSIC GROUP
 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
 You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. South Coast Music Group is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds on packages that are marked delivered. If tracking shows that your package has been delivered to the address that was provided to us, we are no longer responsible for what happens after. Instead you would need to contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
